Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Trainer and Integrator

Key Role:

Provide timely research and analysis of global unmanned aircraft system threats to identify high-value gaps and leverage expertise in the development of innovative training solutions for soldiers and staff. Employ research and analysis to counter these threats using Counter–Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) equipment, methodologies, and mounted and dismounted tactics, techniques, and procedures. Provide C-UAS instruction and integration for military personnel conducting home station and combat training center exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for home station training using blended learning techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in working with Unmanned Aircraft Systems in the Military
  • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare
  • Secret clearance 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to complete Certified Military Instructor Certification training course within 180 days of start date

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with planning and executing cyber and electromagnetic warfare activities
  • Experience as an observer controller (OC)
  • Experience with conducting after-action reviews (AAR)
  • Knowledge of integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training
  • Master’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
