As an IT business analyst, youâll work to develop leading-edge tools. Working with your team, youâll identify clientsâ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Youâll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and youâll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. You Have:Â
 Â
3+ years of experience working with stakeholders to elicit requirements and business needs
2+ years of experience with business process mapping and understanding how to map As-Is vs. To-Be process maps Â
2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Ability to document requirements in the form of user stories
Ability to be the primary individual to facilitate sessions with stakeholders or clients to discuss requirements and updates
Ability to self-manage tasks and work independently, raising questions or risks when needed
Secret clearanceÂ
Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology

Knowledge of using JIRA to create update, and track tasks
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
