Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide Human Resources business intelligence and workforce analysis expertise to the organization to help develop business solutions and improve business management. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

  • Knowledge of business analytics, data analysis, or business process improvement

  • Ability to work with senior-level government clients

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • BA or BS degree
