Naval Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Act as a Program Management and Expeditionary Warfare Subject Matter Expert to Navy acquisition and sustainment program offices. Provide critical strategic advise on Navy Fleet engagements, introducing new systems to Sailors, and advise on future expeditionary warfare capabilities, requirements, and systems upgrades. Provide program and project management support, Programming Planning Budgeting and Execution, develop briefing materials for Senior Navy Civilians and up to 4-Star Level officers, and research and report development. Must apply professional network and expertise along with comprehension of Navy surface ship operations, combat systems, weapon systems, and expeditionary warfare. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with OPNAV Programming Planning Budgeting and execution military program management

  • Experience with leading and managing complex tasks involving building briefs, tracking budgets and schedules, and working across functional communities

  • Knowledge of acquisition programs and resourcing

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of OPNAV Resource Sponsors, NAVSEA program offices, acquisition, budgetary processes, and systems engineering

  • Master's degree

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 135,000 to 150,000.
