Solutions Architect, Lead

As a solutions architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products, design specifications, requirements, etc. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way our government clients use technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. And, what do you do next in a career where you’ve reached this level? You mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects. You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with government or industry work areas, including USG Acquisitions Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture or Cloud environments
  • Experience with the systems engineering life cycle
  • Experience with solution architecture (SA) and complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support and project supervision.
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • MA or MS degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with leading or supervising a team and working as part of an integrated product team (IPT) to deliver services to customers
  • Ability to conduct in-depth technical and non-technical conversations concerning their work and convey those technical and non-technical discussions into easily understandable and grammatically correct written documentation
  • Ability to work and lead under pressure in a complex and changing technical environment
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Level 3 – Professional and working proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and understanding the English language Certification
