Key Role:
Provide Operational Training and Testing Infrastructure (OTTI) advisory support and technical oversight. Plan and execute homeland defense training events using the full spectrum of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) tools, networks, and processes. Assume responsibility for event planning, technical system and network support, and Information Assurance support in execution of LVC system modernization and tech refresh goals.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with implementing system and network technology upgrades
Experience configuring network architectures to support recurring training events and events
Experience with conducting IA activities to ensure system hardening IAW DoD IA policy, including vulnerability scanning, patching, and configuring STIGs and SCAP requirements
Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) process
Ability to provide real-time technical support during LVC research, development, and testing activities
Ability to coordinate scheduling activities to ensure maximum utilization of networks and systems
Secret clearance

Security+ Certification
Additional Qualifications
Experience with INDOPACOM theater operations plans and exercise network architectures
Experience with supporting multi-functional teams delivering across multiple task areas
Knowledge of network architectures that support recurring training events and related events, including Joint Deployable Integrated Air and Missile Defense
Ability to provide technical documentation of system changes, modifications, and upgrades to key LVC simulators, including ASCOT, Multi-Aircraft Simulator (MACS) and Air Warfare Simulator (AWSIM)
Possession of excellent critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
