Information Operations Planner

Key Role:

Manage Intel support for the Information Operations branch. Function as the primary liaison officer to Intelligence functions, with reach back support coming from all elements of the Information Operations (IO) Branch, including CEMA, Space, CA, and MISO. Function as a traditional intelligence analyst, encompassing adversary collection capabilities in specified geographic areas in support of OPLANs. Manage Information Operations Branch functions of OSINT, ELINT, HUMINT, PIR, malign influence network analysis, and conduit analysis. Administer multiple open source data mining search tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with U.S. military

  • 3+ years experience in IO, OSINT, ELINT, and HUMINT programs and activities

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with Intelligence programs, Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with Intelligence programs, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with Intelligence programs

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a Division or Army Service Component staff

  • Experience operating in a multinational environment

  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center
