Operations and Training Integrator

Key Role:

Assist with the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities supporting requirements. Research and analyze real-world operational requirements and provide assessments and recommendations to introduce and integrate appropriate training to meet established requirements. Evaluate requirements and analyze programs to ensure support for current and future operations. Coordinate across staff functions and with multinational partners. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in an operational or logistics role at the Brigade level or below

-3+ years of experience with exercise, deliberate, and crisis action planning coordination and development

-2+ years of experience in working with multinational forces

-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with operations and training, MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with operations and training, or 10 years of experience with operations and training in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to provide technical input to theater and Joint operations planning stages during deliberate and crisis planning phases

-Ability to represent the Command at conferences and events that are applicable to its mission and requirements
