Strategic Engagement Planner

Key Role:

Support detailed engagement activities for a Strategic Effects campaign plan at the Joint Force Land Component Command and Army Service Component Command levels. Assist with building and coordinating advocacy across multiple stakeholder groups through identifying, planning, and shaping of key-leader engagement opportunities. Plan and run operational planning teams and weekly synchronization working groups and provide detailed scheduling tied to detailed command messaging.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with operations planning and development

-3+ years of experience with writing operational plans and annexes

-2+ years of experience in working with multinational partner nations

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with operations planning, MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with operations planning, or 10 years of experience with operations planning in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with senior-level staff preferred

-Graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College or Service
