Training Management Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Leverage analysis and programmatic expertise supporting training management at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level. Coordinate with ASCC staff, higher and adjacent headquarters, external agencies, subordinate commands regarding training management and support. Assist with the management of the Army Force Generation Synchronization Tool and Digital Training Management System at the ASCC level.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with military training programs
  • Ability to learn to use Digital Training Management System (DTMS) and Army Force Generation Synchronization Tool (AST)
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with military programs or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience with military programs

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with operating on a US Army Division or service level
  • Experience with Command and Control of the information environment (C2IE)
  • Experience with HQDA and ASCC-level Mission Essential Task List (METL)
