C4ISR Modernization Planner and Operations Research Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Support the client in leading long-range and near-term planning, guidance, and operational assessment (OA) for division, corps, and theater level Operations, Activities and Investments (OAIs) throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Utilize the vision, guidance, resources, and partnerships of the client and greater staff to establish and implement an accelerated and aggressive plan to modernize and operationalize the IT architecture of the client. Research, draft, and deliver supporting documentation to support these efforts on behalf of the client to Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral audiences. This position will require travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by the client for approximately 4 to 8 weeks per year.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with operations as commissioned Officer, NCO, or civilian equivalent

-2+ years of experience with tactical or operational planning at the battalion, brigade, division, corps, or theater level

-Experience operating in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)

-Experience with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)

-Knowledge of multi-domain operations (MDO) concepts

-Ability to travel to U.S. and international locations up to 20% of the time

-Secret clearance

-Bachelor's degree

-Experience in the Joint environment

-Experience with Army Operational Planning
