As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a defense mission professional you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, exercise and planning expertise to work on projects for human resources operations. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, and plan for the human resources operations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation for foreign threats and homeland security as part of service and joint missions.

You’ll guide the work we do for Department of Defense and the solutions we deliver for military missions and defense planning.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience in exercise planning and personnel requirements against the Joint Manning Documents following the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, coordination, and execution of personnel force management in Force Stationing, Force Stabilization, and Life Cycle Manning, including unit conversions, activations, and reset
  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. Army staff processes, Future Force manpower requirements, and Force Structure trends
  • Knowledge of Army's Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD)
  • Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with exercise planning in the Pacific Area of Responsibility, and familiarity with Army Manpower management practices
  • Experience with INDOPACOM and Japan Area of Responsibility OPLANs and CONPLANs
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
