Force Protection and Critical Infrastructure Risk Mitigation Planner

As a force protection and critical infrastructure risk mitigation planner on our team, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using Microsoft Office applications and DoD program of record information systems to help you tell a realistic story. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

As a leader in the firm’s force protection planning field, you’ll have the chance to work cross-functionally with planners from across the staff, other DoD organizations, and senior leaders on projects that are making an impact on critical missions.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Critical Infrastructure Risk Management (CIRM) assessments and surveys
  • 5+ years of experience with force protection (FP) assessments and surveys
  • Experience with Army Program of Record data management and risk assessment systems
  • Experience i with n developing long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of programs
  • Experience with analysis and interpretation of collected intelligence and threat data as it pertains to CIRM and FP Operations
  • Experience with coordination and synchronization of CIRM and FP Operations Orders and plans for Command Headquarters and subordinate units and managing an active CIRM and FP training program
  • Knowledge of the doctrine, policies, processes, and information flow of the Department of Defense, USINDOPACOM, and Army CIRM program
  • Knowledge of FP and enhanced threat and hazard assessment, mitigation management, and risk management, including the integration of protection concepts
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in working with Command Headquarters and subordinate units
  • Experience with applying the Military Decision Making Process
  • Ability to coordinate and monitor Staff and Directorate additional duty CIRM and FP Officer training and identify and recommend organizational billets and positions that require specialized training, such as planners, inspectors, and contractors
  • Bachelor's degree
