Operations Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation regarding the strategic environment in Asian regions. Determine a procedure for solving complex design, integration, force structure, and analytical problems. Perform technical mission and force structure analysis. Coordinate data collection and analysis among multiple stakeholders to analyze and update operations plans (OPLANs) supporting the Joint mission and objectives. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Analyze the preparation of effective and efficient guidelines, procedures, processes, and plans for recommendation to the client, including current operations, facilities, unit movement and stationing, contingencies, and crisis actions.


Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with government consulting

-Experience with change management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-Experience with performing evaluation and analysis of transformation operations and force development

-Knowledge of the combatant command client's relationships and missions

-Knowledge of client transformation efforts and associated OPLANs

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
