As a Cybersecurity Cooperation Specialist, you’ll bring your strategic policy and planning expertise to work alongside our allies and partners in the European theater to collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders and drive strategic cybersecurity objectives that support global stability and security. You’ll use your skills and expertise to conduct strategic planning and program development, partner engagement and multinational coordination, program assessment and reporting, and serve as an advisor and subject matter expert to a combatant command client.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a cybersecurity or security cooperation field
- 3+ years of experience at a strategic headquarters, including Combatant Command
- Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security cooperation policies, programs, and processes
- Ability to write clear, concise, and impactful reports and briefings
- Ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Cybersecurity, IT, or International Relations field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and defense strategies in a military or multinational context, including geopolitical and operational dynamics of the European theater
- Experience with planning
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST or ISO 27001
- Knowledge of a European language
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in a Cybersecurity, IT, or International Relations field
- Professional Certification such as Security+ Certification
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
