The Opportunity:
As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a seasoned scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll move technical projects forward efficiently.
On our team, you’ll coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders.
You'll serve as a Scrum Coach managing day-to-day activities to achieve mission objectives. You'll facilitate team progress toward meeting team goals, and facilitate SAFe events, including Program Increment Planning Event, daily Scrum tag-ups, Retrospectives, and Sprint demonstrations. You'll support government Product Owners ensuring timely knowledge transfer. You'll remove team delivery impediments to meet critical timelines, promote SAFe quality practices, and assist in building a high-performing team.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events
- 4+ years of experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple Scrum teams
- 4+ years of experience leading software development life cycle projects
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Knowledge of Agile tools Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in CS or Business
Nice If You Have:
- Experience leading financial application development teams
- Experience leading teams implementing COTS applications
- Possession of excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional Scrum Master Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
