Host Nation Construction Program Analyst

Key Role: 

Provide critical support to the client's initiative, focusing on managing Host Nation Construction efforts and enhancing overall project and program coordination. Ensure the successful execution of initiatives, and client projects. Work closely with various stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Host Nation Construction projects. Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives. Provide detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with various organizations' Housing and Construction and local project integration and execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration between various programs and stakeholders. Assist with the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance program efficiency. Monitor program performance and suggest improvements to optimize operations. Organize and manage meetings, workshops, and other events related to projects. Coordinate logistics for Joint Committees and Working Groups. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items. Ensure all events are conducted smoothly and objectives are met.

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or operations management
  • Experience with data management tools and software
  • Knowledge of facilities improvement programs, Japan facilities improvement programs, MILCON, and Host Nation Construction projects and processes
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree


Additional Qualifications:  

  • Knowledge of scoping documents such as Form 42, Form 22, and DD 1391
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Possession of excellent analytical and operations management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
  • PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
