As a Security Cooperation Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess, plan, develop, and implement security cooperation programs and activities. You’ll support program management, planning, logistics and administrative requirements, and interagency coordination in the field. You will also keep abreast of new policies, procedures, regulations, and directives affecting security cooperation activities.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working on U.S. Government security cooperation programs in a geographic combatant command, joint, or interagency environment
Experience with security cooperation and assistance, program monitoring and evaluation, national military design planning processes and building partner capacity (BPC), institutional capacity building (ICB), security sector reform (SSR), logistics, cyber, human resource management, and resource management
Knowledge of Significant Security Cooperation Initiative (SSCI) programs and planning processes
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with AM&E, Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience with AM&E, or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience with AM&E
Nice If You Have:
Experience with completing assessments structured on doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF)
Experience with NATO and the European security environment
Experience with working across interagency stakeholders to meet goals and milestones
Ability to determine focus and workflow despite competing priorities
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to synthesize complicated policy, diplomatic, and programmatic information into succinct and coherent products, ready for senior leader consumption
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) AM&E-related Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
