The Opportunity:
In conjunction with our service provider, the Lease Administration and Governance Lead will oversee lease administration operations and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in lease management and process optimization. You will collaborate with internal teams, landlords, tenants, and the service provider to ensure streamlined workflows and governance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Serve as Lease Administration and Governance Lead for the Global Workplace team.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for lease administration processes.
- In partnership with our service provider, manage the centralized database of all lease agreements and related documentation.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance within the organization.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions for lease approval, lease management, and reporting.
- Supervise the processing of rent payments, operating expenses, and reconciliations in partnership with the finance team.
- Collaborate regularly with legal, finance, and our service provider.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience working in lease administration or real estate management
- 3+ years of experience working cross functionally in commercial real estate
- Experience with lease administration and real estate finance
- Experience using lease management software and tools
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of lease agreements and financial terms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
