What if you could use your counterintelligence (CI)/HUMINT and Identity Intelligence (I2) experience and skills to help make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled planner to know how to assist their client with critical decision-making. As an I2 Planner, you will bring your specialized expertise and attention to detail to work alongside thought leaders to review, process, and coordinate DoD CI/I2 plans, policies, and directives on projects for a Combatant Command. You will use your skills and expertise to support the government with drafting CI/I2 plans and operational proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to make an impact on the command staff.
As an I2 Planner, you will conduct administrative CI liaisons with military organizations, command offices, components, and partner agencies to provide guidance for biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX. You'll coordinate and synchronize U.S. military collection activities against Combatant Command priorities and CI/HUMINT strategic objectives related to I2.

You Have:
- Experience with I2, biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX
- Experience with Human Signature Exploitation
- Experience assisting with drafting policy, task orders, and command coordination
- Experience with basic I2 analysis
- Ability to use identity databases such as I2AR
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience supporting CI activity and analysis, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting CI activity and analysis
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with military organizations' biometrics efforts within OSI, NCIS, or ACI
- Experience with component biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX efforts
- Experience with COCOMs or working at the staff officer level equivalent
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Biometrics Security Professional and Biometrics Security Engineer Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
