Business Operations Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Business Operations Analyst, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. You will integrate Combatant Command and Space Service Component requirements with current and future space research, development, and procurement programs. Provide project management and business operations support helping our partners integrate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes. Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to clients and senior leaders. Leverage knowledge of operations and defense acquisition processes to support government acquisitions and integrate space warfighter requirements. Provide supervisory and thought leadership to teams supporting space missions.

You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting DoD Space Operations
Knowledge of Space Systems Command (SSC) organizational construct and mission
Ability to research, develop, organize, and present materials for senior company and DoD leadership
Ability to manage workflows and plan performance metrics
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with task management and event facilitation
Experience supporting Combatant Commands and Service Component Commands
Experience with technical writing and presentation development
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
