The Opportunity:
As an experienced content management engineer, you know how to create applications that are user-friendly, optimal, and customizable. You know the importance of organizing content in a visual way that meets UX standards and best practices. We need an engineer like you to help support our clients’ technology and improve their business workflows.

As a content management engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll lead the complex design and development of both “out of the box” and module or plugin development CMS frameworks. With the support of your team, you’ll build integrated solutions from scratch, implement customizable features to enhance existing systems, and support site maintenance.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience using M365 Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint site administration, custom development, and content management
  • 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization 
  • Experience training and supporting users
  • Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment 
  • Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS 
  • Secret clearance 
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products 
  • Knowledge of DoD domains
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master’s degree  

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
