We are looking for a technical Project Manager who can leverage their expertise in IT project management and engineering to support Unified Endpoints and the delivery of highly technical program goals at the scale of Enterprise IT architecture. This opportunity will have you at the forefront of evaluating requirements and services both afloat and ashore to achieve a unified approach to IT delivery for our customers. This critical role is directly in alignment with key initiatives and is spearheading consolidation and efficiency.
What You’ll Work On:
Work directly with customers and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional team support, planning, collaboration, and execution tasks are aligned with program and project goals.
Engage with customers to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.
Gather, document, analyze, and manage data from disparate sources and communicate results through reports and charts.
Provide strategic recommendations for bringing together stakeholders with varying requirements to drive toward a common solution.
Leverage Agile methodologies to lead customer engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution by developing features and stories.
Write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.
Assess current processes and technical solutions to provide recommendations for gained efficiency, automation, and improvement, as well as defining new processes to help our customers meet their objectives.

You Have:
15+ years of experience in technical and project management supporting medium- to large-scale IT and engineering projects or programs
7+ years of experience in management or leadership supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, and engineering
7+ years of experience executing IT acquisition and contracting processes
Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering medium- to large-scale DoD IT projects
Experience with agile principles, stakeholder management, and action tracking and prioritization
Knowledge of IT technical concepts, best practices, and developing customer solutions
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams and stakeholder entities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting Navy IT programs or operations
Experience supporting or managing afloat and ashore technologies
Knowledge of the Navy organizational structure
ITIL Foundations Certification
SAFe Program Consultant Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
