Software Engineer, Senior

The Challenge:

As a software engineer, you’ll solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for someone like you with the skills and experience to build embedded radio systems from vision to production-ready system.

As a software engineer on our team, you’ll work directly with your customer to overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like domain driven design alongside open source frameworks and tools and Government owned standards. You’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using Agile life cycle development you’ll build embedded, ad hoc, communications networks. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

  • Experience with designing, architecture, and validation of development

  • Experience with analyzing requirements, preparation of plans and documentation

  • Knowledge of integration and readiness processes

  • Ability to coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other technical forums

  • Ability to coordinate with program, project, and product management offices regarding engineering and integration

  • Ability to conduct test and demonstration events

  • Ability to perform risk assessments

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Acquisitions

  • Knowledge of Army Communications Security (COMSEC)

  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or other technical certification


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
