Program Director, Technology

Key Role:

Play a key role on the leadership teams of our Defense Military Intelligence (DMI) account and National Security Group (NSG), with a focus on driving technology business growth in the areas of Cyber across the Military Services account portfolio of business. Leverage technology knowledge and expertise as well as existing client relationships to lead, plan, and manage business strategies and advise clients on technical solutions. Identify and contact potential clients for new business engagements and build strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Lead capability development of Cyber functional capabilities as tailored to the DMI portfolio of business and scale functional talent planning and training to support opportunity pipeline. Provide thought leadership to advance existing or create new technology capabilities and supporting intellectual capital to meet future client needs. Support business development initiatives and lead marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings. Champion the firm's steadfast commitment and purpose to work closely with clients to solve their most difficult challenges. 

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in an IT or engineering field, including software, systems, and cybersecurity

-Experience as a Principal Consultant or Government Senior Executive Service (SES)

-Experience with managing DoD or IC technology programs and initiatives 

-Experience with managing and developing diverse technical teams and staff

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BS degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business development in the DoD or IC

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent client–facing, consulting, leadership, and organizational skills 

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including working with and leading diverse personnel and dynamic teams
