University, Mechanical Engineering Consultant

The Challenge:

In order to grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether creating a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their business and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a management consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a Mechanical Engineering Consultant on our team, you'll apply engineering physics and engineering mathematics and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacture or maintenance of mechanical systems. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts using limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity including referring more complex issues to higher levels. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll review the path forward – and the expected results - to your client. This is your chance to gain experience in the federal space while establishing your consulting skills. Join us as we help our clients evolve. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
