Civil-Military Relations and Security Governance Instructor, Senior

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise on Civil-Military Relations and Security Governance (CMR) topics. Design, develop, and deliver instruction to adult international students on Civil-Military Relations and Security Governance (CMR) topics. Advise international military students on research projects. Counsel international military students on course performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with thought leadership in the field-level
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering instruction to adult students on Civil-Military Relations and Security Governance (CMR) topics
  • Experience in a significant role in the US or NATO Concept Development and Experimentation (CD&E) in a strategic level HQ, including US Joint Staff or NATO Allied Command Transformation
  • Experience with being published on the topics of defense transformation or defense capabilities development
  • Experience in international instruction in defense transformation or capability development topics within the last 2 years
  • Secret clearance
  • Doctorate degree in Strategic Studies or International Studies
