Cyber Deputy Program Manager

The Challenge:

The right leadership can be the key to a successful program. It takes a skilled program manager to guide their program through the complexities of its life cycle. That’s why we need you, a passionate program manager who can ensure our cybersecurity program achieves its goals.

As a Program Manager on our team, you’ll work with cyber experts and senior leaders to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of a defense client. Using proven program management methodologies, you’ll help develop and communicate your program’s strategy and business impact. This is your chance to gain skills in full life cycle Risk Management Framework (RMF), Blue Team, vulnerability management, inspections, policy, governance, security architecture, and training while applying program management experience. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with project management for cyber programs across the acquisition life cycle, including cost, schedule, and performance in DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Experience in working with senior government or military officials on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience with managing multiple large projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
  • Experience with the RMF
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Top Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • IAM Level III Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with leading business development activities, including writing proposals
  • Knowledge of Cloud Service Provider, FISMA, and FeDRAMP processes
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MS or MS degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA PM Level III, or other Project Management Certification
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
