Cyber Management Acquisition Program Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a Program Analyst for a DoD Acquisition Office and as an information management (IM) and IT project management analyst. Provide strategic- and operational-level analysis of DoD and Department of the Army strategy, policy, and doctrine for alignment with incorporating cybersecurity into the acquisition life cycle of Programs of Record, including weapons systems. Provide recommendations to leaders to make program and funding decisions and assists with developing cyber operational resiliency assessments and metrics to evaluate the accomplishment of goals and objectives. Conduct daily interactions with internal and external organizations, including meetings and develop briefings and papers to inform Army leaders, DoD leaders, and Congressional Staffers. Develop and monitor metrics used in evaluating the accomplishment of goals and objectives. Perform Action Officer processing of taskers in the Army's tracking system and disseminate, review, and consolidate comments. Provide recommendation of concur or non-concur to government lead for approval and close out the task in the Army's tracking system.

Basic Qualifications:

-4 years of experience with the planning and execution of complex, multi-faceted projects

-2 years of experience with working on a DoD program responsible for at least one of the following: tactical communications, DoD tactical network modernization, or Cyber strategy and implementation

-Knowledge of IM and IT

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) or other DoD entity

-Experience with the DoD requirements process and the Defense Acquisition System

-Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution

-Knowledge of cybersecurity

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
