Key Role:
Provide analytic and research support to an Army client. Assist with data accuracy, identifying and correcting defects as Army Soldier data is ported over from legacy databases to populate the PeopleSoft relational database that will fully support standardization of data for all components. Collaborate with government clients, other contractors, and stakeholders to gather data discrepancy information. Profile data and develop queries to extract accurate and timely business information from existing data environments. Provide advice and support to the Data Branch Chief and representatives on methods of approach to correct system discrepancies discovered through analysis. Analyze and compare data between Army legacy systems and an Army client data design. Plan, direct, and perform system management, quality assurance, system inquiry, and trend analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with data analysis
-Experience with identifying data sources and manipulating and extracting data for dashboards, visualization, or reports
-Experience with SQL
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in Army human resource preferred
-Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred
-Knowledge of how to analyze business processes
Clearance:
