Key Role:
Ensure the client database is optimized for network performance. Administer a database cluster using Windows Server Failover Clusters and SQL Server AlwaysOn ™ Availability Groups. Link SQL Server databases to desktop applications. Ensure database, software, and hardware are compliant with security measures using the risk management framework and NIST FIPS guidelines. Develop database structure, including input forms and reports. Monitor database performance and health, identifying and addressing issues as they occur.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with database development
-Knowledge of Visual Studio integrated development environment
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Information Assurance Technician (IAC) Level 1 Professional Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with military or homeland security communities
-Experience with SharePoint
Clearance:
