SharePoint Administrator and Developer

Key Role:

Leads the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a major website. Applies specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint administration, including SharePoint Online

  • Experience with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites with complex workflows

  • Experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and content type development

  • Experience working with clients, stakeholders, and end users to obtain requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite

  • Experience with JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML and CSS

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or PowerBI

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power App and Power Automate development

  • Ability to work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions

  • Ability to perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, and solution deployments

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
