The Opportunity:

Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them. 

As an organizational transformation and change consultant on our team, you’ll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership and support staff to help identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll review the path forward – and the expected results - to your client. You Have:

  • Experience with strategic planning and execution, Agile methodologies, change management, or facilitation

  • Ability to develop presentations and work products in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring or Summer 2024

  

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience with using Excel, Tableau, or Power Bl

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive problem-solver mindset with the desire to overcome ambiguous challenges and work with a team to craft a solution

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Possession of excellent data analytical and visualization skills

  • Secret clearance

  • Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
