Military Technology Analyst

Key Role:

Research, analyze, and advise the command on the special operations applications of future or emerging technologies and their potential to contribute to future force capabilities. Establish and maintain Special Operations, Marine Corps, Joint, and industry networks to apply technical expertise to shape MARSOC decision making for technology investment. Develop requirements and technical user concepts of operations and technology enhancement ideas that address MARSOC capability requirement solutions. Support the integration of technical solutions with end user mission needs. Manage technical, programmatic, and resource aspects of each project from inception to transition, adoption, or project closeout. Engage in strategic outreach to stakeholders, analyze potential technology solutions, and characterize requirements, usability, and compatibility with other technologies.

Basic Qualification:

-Experience with examining and evaluating future technologies as it relates to Military or organizational applications

-Knowledge of Military Operations organization, structure, and mission

-Secret clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Military Operations future force capability development

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
