Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Support the interoperability assessments methodologies by applying expertise to support combatant command (C2) and other requirements relative to data sharing with mission partners. Recommend methods to improve current operations, interagency planning, command decision-making, knowledge management, and internal staff processes while providing oral and written observations and recommendations via direct input to the leadership, when assigned to support major exercises with federal, DoD, and coalition mission partners. Serve as a planning and execution analyst and event lead responsible for performing research, coordinating site configuration, executing use cases, and performing data analysis and assurance and validation (A&V) events. Coordinate processes to address requirements through to completion, including coordinating with the lab to ensure information required is obtained from stakeholders. Collaborate with technical assessment laboratory leads to ensure the seamless integration of findings, impacts, and artifacts are reported to senior leadership. Apply expertise in relevant technologies and subject areas to write and update project documentation, including presentations and training materials. Manage and perform in-depth all-source research and tactical and strategic analyses, including designing, developing, and delivering technical assessments orally and in writing to convey information in a clear and concise form, format, and dialogue for senior, peer, and junior personnel and organizations. This position requires travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting government or military programs

-Experience with military policies, procedures, or operations in combat readiness, interoperability analysis, or Cybersecurity

-Knowledge of Joint Fires, Joint ISR, MEDVAC, C-IED, Freedom of Movement, Force Protection, Service Management, COP Standards, Mil-STD 2525, or Track Management

-Ability to analyze operational and technical capabilities, architectures, and systems and deliver analysis to help ensure the use of enterprise and tactical solutions

-Ability to engage with stakeholders to identify and scope information exchange gaps and make recommendations to improve interoperability between the US and its Mission Partners

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations

-Active Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army Staff duties, tasks, and processes

-Experience in interacting with senior-level personnel

-Experience with combatant commands and component commands' administrative procedures and processes

-Experience with tactical echelons as a Battle Captain or Major in a Tactical Operational Center

-Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations

-Knowledge of Army Command and Control (C2) Mission Command Systems, including CPOF or SitaWare, Data Products and Formats, including VMF, Link-11, Link-16, TTPs, and SOPs, or data flow architectures, including OV-1 or SV-1

-Knowledge of government capabilities or grasp necessary information quickly to work with coalition partners on interoperability capabilities and limitations

-Ability to plan projects clearly, communicate openly and effectively, share knowledge, manage time, and meet deadlines

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
