RMF Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Support US federal government agencies, including DoD, DoE, OIG, GSA, and DHS by providing technical leadership to enhance the management and IT security support for business processes. Leverage extensive experience with operational security scopes, Cyber policy development, and security assessment while working with FedRAMP, DIACAP, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) security processes and FISMA compliance, following mandatory compliance of DoD 8500, DCID 6/3, NIST-SP800-53, and FIPS. Assist with strategy, policy, governance, oversight, monitoring, and implementation of programmatic activities across the department. Perform research and analysis to support client meetings and existing and emerging DoD policies, programs, and other requirements. Assess Cybersecurity functions and provide recommendations or enhancements to develop, implement, or execute capabilities to meet compliance or strategic and operational security needs. Participate in and lead meetings with other federal entities and support information sharing and collaboration within a dynamic environment. Maintain responsibility for communicating with the client on deliverables, engagements, and other requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Cybersecurity, focusing on executing RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) for DoD systems

-Experience with DIACAP, RMF, and CNSS policies and procedures

-Experience with performing security reviews of government or enterprise systems

-Ability to write and communicate with senior Army leadership

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-Active Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations

-BA or BS degree in Information Systems, CS, Business Administration, or a related technical or military field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or military experience

-IAM Level II Certification
