Signature Reduction Desk Officer, Senior

Key Role:

Provide daily support to the management and oversight of the signature reduction (SR) and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs. Conduct annual assessments of the SR and OPSEC programs to ensure compliance with current DoD policies. Support the maintenance, issuance, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of the SR and OPSEC program items and assist client organizations in doing the same. Assist with the production of program documents and the development of training courses based on operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent
  • Knowledge of CI or HUMINT collection operations
  • Ability to attend JCITA Courses – Due Diligence Course (DDC), Advanced Planner Course (APC), and Advanced Technician Course (ATC)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Completion of one of the following: Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) – Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC), JCITA - Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC), JCITA - Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (MCC), JCITA - Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course (CFSO), HUMINT Training - Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) - Source Operations Course (SOC), HT-JCOE - Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC), HT-JCOE – Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), Defense Intelligent Agency (DIA) – Advanced Military Source Operations Course (AMSOC), FTC, OTC, or MOTC
  • Completion of one of the following: Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC), Army – 351L Course , Army - 35M Course, Army - 351M Course, Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), US Air Force Special Investigations Academy, Navy Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB) or the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy
