Exploitation Instructor, Senior

Key Role:

Provide technical instructor support by instructing students to use real-world operations to develop Cyberspace targets. Incorporate electronic warfare (EW) and IO elements while focusing on Cyber effects estimates and assessments. Develop contents IAW applicable Training and Doctrine Command regulations and higher headquarters’ guidance.

Basic Qualifications

-3+ years of experience with developing and designing full-length skill-based instructional training material and writing lesson plans using the Adult Learning Model or Experiential Learning Model

-Experience with working in automated training development databases, including Training Development Capabilities (TDC), Automated Systems Approach to Training (ASAT), and Army Training Resource Requirements System (ATRRS)

-Experience as a training developer for institutional, operational, and self-development training

-Knowledge of networking, security, Windows, UNIX, and programming

-Knowledge of computer or information systems design and development, programming, information, Cyber, and network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, network and system administration, military training in Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC), or an offensive Cyber mission force role, including Exploitation Analyst (EA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or Target Digital Network Analyst

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form, including narrative and tabular material, such as correspondence, reports, and forms

-Experience with maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations, and other miscellaneous publications

-Experience with establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files

-Experience with knowledge management applications, including Training Development Capabilities (TDC) SharePoint and Blackboard

-Knowledge of performing office automation work, including word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications

-Completion of the Common Faculty Development- Instructor Course, Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC), the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), or the Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC)
