Key Role:

Develop and implement solutions for the integration, testing and evaluation of constructive training capabilities within a federation. Ensure the integration of client identified partner system models and user recommended models into a constructive training federation. Apply expertise in integrating Army or Joint Constructive simulations into a training federation. Identify, troubleshoot, and document integration problems and user requested capability shortfalls. Prepare documentation and provide written and verbal briefings on findings for the client. Develop or contribute to the development of planning, simulation construction, and complete end to end testing and connectivity from the simulation to user interfaces, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with integrating Army or Joint constructive training simulations
• Experience with Warfighter’s Simulation (WARSIM), Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), or One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF)
• Knowledge of High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) protocols
• Knowledge of broadcast, unicast, and multicast networking routing
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Security+ certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with US Army Mission Command Systems
• Knowledge of Combat Training Center Instrumentation System (CTC-IS) and Live, Virtual, Constructive Integrating Architecture (LVC-IA)
• Linux+ certification
