Key Role:
Coordinate staffing actions with the directorates, special staff, and executive aides, as appropriate, in a timely and effective manner, including ensuring that all pertinent staff members are apprised of information. Coordinate key engagements for Command leadership, including the commander, deputy commander, executive director, chief of staff, and directors, as required. Initiate action to provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties. Contribute to and conduct technical editing for reports and briefings. Coordinate, plan, and organize significant and large events, including obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment. Leverage expertise to solicit, create, and design travel, engagement, and visit preparatory materials for the command, including preferred outcomes, key messages, biographies, event atmospherics, and media.
Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with office administration
-Experience in working with senior-level military staff
-Experience with using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with coordinating events, including speaking engagements
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
Clearance:
