Counterintelligence Targeting Analyst, Senior

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized technical, language, regional, functional, or military experience and your attention to detail to develop [reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client achieve their analytic goals, support investigations, or provide products for the consumption of the intelligence community. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, open source, etc. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for counterintelligence clients. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into counterintelligence. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You'll develop CI leads, based on the Group Synchronization Targeting Strategy, through open-source and classified source research. You'll develop targets, target systems, and target nominations and create database records and database target intelligence products. You Have:

-20 years of experience in the intelligence field

-4 years of experience with providing targeting support to counterintelligence or HUMINT operations

-Experience with current information, tools, and methodologies in the intelligence field

-Experience with AR 381-12 Threat Awareness and Reporting Program, AR 381-20 US Army Counterintelligence, AR 381-10 US Intelligence, and DoDI 5240.23 CI Activities in Cyberspace

-Experience with using NGT, M3, RMT/WISE, World Intelligence Review (WIRe), ENDECA, iCI, OSC, and HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR)

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Graduate of the Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), or Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)​

Nice if You Have:

-AA or AS degree and 16 years of experience with intelligence, BA or BS degree and 14 years of experience with intelligence, or MA or MS degree and 12 years of experience with intelligence


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
