Current Operations Support Planner

Key Role:

Offer recommendations and provide guidance on organization-wide system improvements and optimization or maintenance efforts, including information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management or electronic analysis, software, and life cycle management. Analyze the drafting or editing of operational plans (OPLANs), operational orders (OPORDs), and fragmentary orders (FRAGOs), participate in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and Joint Planning Teams (OPTs) analyzing and integrating Cyber capabilities into plans. Support Marine Corps action officers in planning, research, and analysis of national and DoD Cyberspace policy and analysis of Cyberspace events and operations. Apply expertise in planning and operations processes.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Joint planning and operations processes
-Experience with analyzing the drafting and editing of mission plans and orders, including OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs
-Experience with Service and Joint planning staff, including conducting operations planning
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-BS degree and 10 years of experience with Cyberspace operations or MS degree and 3 years of experience with military Cyber operations
