Operations Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply specific functional and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing programmatic documentation, including SOPs, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPs)

  • Experience with producing and briefing SITREPs, executive level briefings for mission partners that include senior federal or DoD leaders or Flag Officers

  • Experience with request fulfillment and service desk and incident management best practices, processes, and procedures

  • Experience with leveraging project management expertise, including maintaining a complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Monthly Status Reports, change configuration, and facilitating meetings and status briefings

  • Experience  in multi-disciplinary teams that include technical, operational, programmatic and combine government civilians, military, and contract personnel

  • Knowledge of IT Operations, Network Management and Monitoring, IT and Network Security Architectures, Service Operations, Service Management, or Configuration Management

  • Ability to authoring or update content and use expertise in quantitative and qualitative analytical work to report metrics

  • Ability to perform tasks in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

  • Top Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the DoD environment referred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Visio

  • BA or BS degree

  • PMP, ITILv4, and Security+ Certifications
