Key Role:
Perform desktop and onsite TEMPEST evaluations to determine compliance with applicable Army and DoD policies. Conduct outreach and analysis, provide government Certified TEMPEST Technical Authorities (CTTA) with recommendations for countermeasure requirements, advise the government CTTAs on applicable threat levels, and update the TEMPEST database. Develop proposed inspectable space determination and develop proposed countermeasures. Complete TEMPEST and protective distribution system (PDS) site-specific risk assessments, classified facility TEMPEST notification memorandums, facility and system TEMPEST countermeasure reviews (TCRs), and PDS technical reviews. Draft formal TCR or PDS technical review memorandums and threat assessment documents. Draft, review, and edit TEMPEST standing operating procedures (SOPs), TEMPEST control plans, test plans, and test reports.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with conducting TEMPEST facility or system reviews
-Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Access
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-Completion of the National TEMPEST School TEMPEST Fundamentals Course
-Completion of the TEMPEST Facility Installation and System Design Course
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) Certification preferred
Clearance:
