Security Cooperation Strategic Analyst, Senior

That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we sustainable business processes to support a US Army command. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Office and regular interactions with country desk officers, strategic planners, and decision-makers. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create status updates and multiple analyses to make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact the client's security cooperation policies and programs while learning how to develop program strategy and eliminate risks across projects. You Have:

  • 3 years of experience with organizational strategy, organizational design, change management, and project management
  • 3 years of experience with supporting the US government or military organizations or a management consulting firm
  • 3 years of experience with planning, coordinating, and executing internal meetings or large-scale conferences
  • Ability to brief executives, including General Officers, Flag Officers, or Senior Executive Service members
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as an analyst with a management consulting firm
  • Experience with implementing Change Management, business process reengineering (BPR) or industry benchmarks or best practices
  • Experience with USINDOPACOM or its service component headquarters
  • Experience with working in the DoD security cooperation or DoS security assistance communities
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
