Key Role:
Provide logistics planner analysis supporting procurement and sustainment of newly bundled prepositioned war reserve materiel (WRM) equipment capabilities advancing evolving combat and collaborative operations strategies for denied environments. Use analytics and other advanced tools to optimize WRM packaging, storage and maintenance solutions for garrison and expeditionary locations. Serve as the primary liaison between client, capabilities functional area managers and materiel life cycle manager activities covering common, fuels, base and runway support equipment and spares.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience at the Craftsman level developing deployment planning and execution products
Knowledge of the Logistics Module (LOGMOD) system
Knowledge of the agile combat employment concept
Ability to think critically, analyze and solve complex problems
Secret clearance
Associate's degree
Additional Qualifications:
3+ years of experience at the Superintendent level working on Strategic Level military staff
3+ years of experience working with joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments and organizations
5+ years of experience at the Craftsman level in war reserve materiel requirements planning, agreements, expeditionary training, and reception, staging, onward movement, and integration
Experience with leading and participating in a Working Group or similar planning groups
Experience allocating resources and providing capabilities to units
Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
Graduate of Contingency Wartime Planning Course Certification
