Human Resources Business Partner, Senior

Key Role:

Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources (HR) function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the firm. Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, talent management, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment and mitigation. Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients. Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles

  • Experience with consulting on the revision of organizational policies and directives on HR programs

  • Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations

  • Experience with managing sensitive, critical employee situations

  • Experience with managing day-to-day employee relations

  • Associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Performance Improvement Plans

  • Experience with Workday HRIS

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Possession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
