Project Control Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a business operations professional, providing contract financial management services for multiple contracts in a client account. Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for various contract types, organizations, or proposals. Work as part of a program management office with internal clients and infrastructure departments to resolve financial, contractual, and administrative-related issues. Prepare monthly financial status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. Provide risk mitigation and manage reserves, provide assistance with business and budget planning, and perform financial analyses. Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with financial management or program control

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in managing various contract types, including FFP, CP, and T&M

  • Ability to provide pricing support responding to RFPs and cost volume development

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with providing program control or financial management support in a government contracting environment

  • Experience with cost estimating or financial management for professional services in a DoD environment, including IDIQ professional services at task order level with multiple subcontractors

  • Experience with applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities with varying due dates for deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
