University Recruiting Coordinator

Key Role:

As a recruiting coordinator at Booz Allen, you'll support our University Relations and Recruiting Team. Work within our Talent Acquisition Team in a fast-paced recruiting organization as an integral member of this team providing candidates with their best first impression of the firm. Schedule interviews, prepare, verify, and track employment offers. Guide all other aspects of the interview process, including candidate travel coordination, interview room reservation, and interviewer packet preparation. Communicate all interview information, including recruitment packets, schedule, and itinerary to the candidate and interview teams. Schedule and participate in regular calls with on campus recruiting teams and assist with preparing plans for large scale recruiting events. Support simplifying and accelerating key recruiting processes and extend 2nd round interview invites to full time candidates.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experiencing in a professional work environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel

-Ability to be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy

-Ability to stay on task and work with general supervision

-Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the company

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and multitasking skills

-BA or BS degree
