The Opportunity:

As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.

As a member of the Accounts Payable Supplier Payables Team, you will be responsible for receiving, entering, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables including performing administrative duties, and auditing responsibilities, supplier invoice review, and reconciling aging statements, and past due and disconnect notices, supply great customer service to internal and external clients, and support, manage record documentation and maintain storage historical records, and compliance and policy enforcement. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Intake and process paper and emailed invoices.
  • Retrieve, verify, and sort AP mail, collaborate with the general mailroom.
  • Audit and enter supplier invoices per guidelines, verify data, ensure the invoices meet basic requirements,
  • Operate scanners, fax, and copy machines.
  • Work with supplier management team to ensure supplier remittance details are correct in the system
  • Support Invoice Approvers and POCs with questions and issues.
  • Support Supplier Payables Invoice Processors with daily operations and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with AP POCs to address aged invoices​.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook​
  • Experience with Customer Service​
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt accordingly ​
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with invoice and payment processing
  • Experience with Ivalua and Costpoint
  • Knowledge of auditing processes and accounts payable
  • Ability to follow instructions​
  • Ability to work independently​
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
